    Programming a Tait 8200

    Hi All,

I'm trying to program a Tait 8200 with remote head, but the instructions are ambiguous as to where I'm supposed to plug the cable into. The head's mic jack, or the body.

Before I start trouble shooting my cable, I'd like to know that I'm at least starting at the right place.

    Anyone gone through this before?

My only experience is with a TM8115 local, but I seem to recall reading that the 8200 remote head model has the programming port on the head's reverse side under a cover/plug of some sort?

I checked the head, but there's no port on the rear, other than the one used to connect the head to he body.

    Blinky Bill,

To program a Tait TM8200 unplug the mic from the radio then turn the unit on. plug the programming cable in and hit program or read etc. This is how I program my TM9155's & TM8200.
