Hi, Well I can't say I am exactly new to radio monitoring. I started by listening to the police and the protesters at the Eden Chip mill in the late 80’s. Since then my interest comes and goes and I have decided it may be time to upgrade my old AOR1000. As you may have guessed I am in SE NSW. There is not a lot here to listen to, but usually what you can hear is ok to listen too.
I would also like to spend some more time with the analogue short wave radio (brand unknown at the moment) that my father left me but just haven’t had time yet.
I feel that most people here will have more knowledge than me, but I will give my 2cents worth where I can.
